The board

The board of G.S.A.V. Vitalis is responsible for keeping the association running. Our board consists of six members, a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Sports Coordinator and an External Coordinator. As board of Vitalis we are very commited to all aspects of the association, this year we aim to improve the solidarity, quality and name recognition of the association.

The six different board members all have their own responsibilities. The Chairman is responsible for all board-related tasks. The Secretary takes care of the membership administration, answers association related e-mails, and writes the minutes and the yearly secretary report. Our Treasurer is responsible to keep track of all finances of the association, and draws up the yearly budget. The Sports Coordinator is responsible for all sport-related activities within Vitalis. The Internal Coordinator takes care of the internal part of the association and is responsible, for the committees and other internal affairs. The External Coordinator is the face of the association towards external relations. The External Coordinator is responsible for the relations with sponsors and other external affairs.

How much time does it take to be a part of the board?
On average, 10-15 hours a week. Depending on the time of year, it can be either very busy or relatively calm. In addition, the time it takes also depends on which position you have within the board.
How often does the board meet?
 Approximately once every two weeks.
Which interests best suit the board?
 If you like leading the association and developing your management skills. Because every position within the board has different tasks, there is always a board position that suits your interests.
